When you come onboard with us, you’ll select a minimum of 4 campaigns and these run over a 12month periodOur customers see our Champions programme as a longterm investment into the growth and development of their people so we find that our customers renew after 12 months and continue to grow and learn.

The minimum number of champions is 100, the maximum number is 1000 at any given time.

The most impactful Champion communities have participants across the breadth of their organisation who have actively volunteered for the opportunity. We provide you with a purposeful recruitment plan to ensure that your Champions community covers all levels, departments and locations of your organisation. 

We focus on developing activities that support modern ways of working. Microsoft 365 is evergreen which means that it is constantly being updated and changed. We include new features alongside the introduction of modern ways of working making sure our sessions are useful to those new to M365 while providing time savers for subject matter experts. 

Campaigns provide focussed learning on workplace activities that your champions and the wider business can get behind. 

For a 12month programme, there are 4 learning campaigns, each lasting 3 monthsAs part of these learning campaigns, the champions will not only get curated learning on Microsoft applications in our M365 product sessions, but they will also get daily support from our experts from within your community.

We provide champion sessions and challenges that help digital champions to develop as effective enablers of change , providing top tips and answering any questions they may have.  

We’ll also provide self-paced learning, 

Champions will attend 6 sessions per quarter and each session will be one hour. Considering the selfpaced learning too, we expect 15 hours per quarter commitmentBut the more the champions put in the better.

We have found that our champions can, on average, save 2.5 hours per week, making the effort worthwhile through enhanced productivity and time saving activities.  

Our M365 product sessions are open to all your business users. We deliver 16 product sessions over 12 months, layering learning around workplace activities. This provides everyone in your organisation with the option of taking up 16 hours of skills-centric learning using Microsoft 365 at no extra cost. 

Active and visible executive sponsorship is the greatest contributor to successful change, according to all of Prosci’s benchmarking studies. We ask your executive sponsor to attend quarterly briefings with our team and to personally recognise and celebrate the success of your Champions. 

This programme is developed to provide Champions with the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues who they wouldn’t usually work with. By developing a community that spreads across the organisation, new connections are made, ideas are shared and common challenges are navigated together.
