PILOTS AND PROOF OF CONCEPTS

Test the art of the possible with AI and Copilot before you scale.

Our Pilots and Proof of Concepts service is designed for organisations that want to see the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents in their own environment, with real users and real scenarios, before committing to wider rollout.

We help you select the right use cases, establish a safe and well-governed pilot, equip your early adopters, and translate real outcomes into a data-driven business case for scale.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

A clear, owned AI, Copilot and agents Pilot and POC. By the end of the pilot, you will have:

  • Clear, validated use cases for Copilot and agents

  • Evidence of value based on real work, not vendor examples

  • A practical, data-driven business case and roadmap for scale

  • A prioritised backlog to mobilise in the next 30, 60 and 90 days

ⓘ No generic “best practice” decks – everything is tailored to your tenant and ways of working.

How the Pilot Works

STEP 1

Design the pilot and validate use cases

We begin by working with your project team to identify the scenarios that will demonstrate the strongest value.

Together we prioritise use cases, select pilot cohorts and define the measures that will matter to leaders. This includes agreeing success criteria, establishing guardrails, and confirming a clear governance and escalation path.

STEP 2

Prepare early adopters with a tailored enablement plan

We then create a focused training and engagement plan that helps early adopters understand what they will be testing and why it matters.

This includes early adopter communications, scheduling of training sessions and clinics, and briefing materials for sponsors.

STEP 3

Build and configure the assets that bring the pilot to life

Once the plan is agreed, we build the practical components of the pilot.

This can include designing one or two Copilot agents, creating a dedicated Teams community and SharePoint hub, and curating learning content such as quick-start guides and walkthroughs.

STEP 4

Deliver scenario-based training and user testing

Your early adopters take part in hands-on training that reflects real work.

They learn Copilot fundamentals, practise prompting, test agent scenarios and complete guided tasks that mirror their day-to-day responsibilities. Drop-in sessions and Q&A support help reinforce learning and surface early insights.

STEP 5

Measure impact and shape the business case

We finish by analysing the results.

This includes user feedback, adoption data, behavioural insights and qualitative stories of value. Together we assess the impact on productivity, quality, decision-making and risk reduction. The final output is an executive-ready summary and clear recommendations for scale.
