In this course, you will learn about the importance of accessibility and inclusion in meetings and events. You will discover best practices for preparing and conducting inclusive meetings, and explore ways to promote healthy meeting habits and etiquette. You will also learn how to create a safe space for questions and engagement using tools such as chat, polls, whiteboards, and avatars. Additionally, you will learn how to use features such as pop-out content, spotlight speaker, and meeting view settings to improve visibility in meetings, as well as live captions to enhance accessibility for people who are hard of hearing or non-native speakers of the presenter language. Finally, you will have the opportunity to get feedback on improving your presentation style and skills from Rehearse with Coach.
