GRADUATE PROGRAMME

Where technology meets people.

Our Graduate Programme is designed for curious, ambitious people who want to build a career in AI Workplace Transformation – helping organisations adopt Microsoft technologies in ways that genuinely work for their people.

Your first few months will focus on learning, shadowing and building confidence. We’ll give you a strong foundation in how we work, our approach to change, and the Microsoft technologies we support – so when you do move onto client projects, you feel prepared, supported and set up for success.

What you’ll get

As a graduate at Changing Social, you’ll:

  • Learn how organisations adopt Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform in practice
  • Develop the core skills of a successful change consultant: communication, problem-solving and empathy
  • Take part in a structured onboarding programme with training, shadowing and mentoring
  • Build confidence before supporting client delivery
  • Receive ongoing development, feedback and certification support

Who it’s for
