By | Published On: 5 June 2025 |

June has landed, and with it comes another wave of new Microsoft Copilot June 2025 updates across Microsoft 365.

Every month, we bring you the latest improvements designed to help users get more from their apps, while giving IT teams even more control and clarity…

We highlight new features and enhancements that allow users to maximise their app usage while providing IT administrators with increased power, transparency, and flexibility.

June is particularly exciting as Microsoft rolls out the Copilot Wave 2 spring release to general availability. That means the refreshed Copilot app, the slick new ‘Create’ experience, and the all-new Copilot Notebooks are starting to land.

New Capabilities for Users

Copilot Notebooks in OneNote

Copilot Notebooks are now built into OneNote, giving users a smarter space to bring together notes, documents, webpages and meeting recordings.

Think of it as a personal space for thinking out loud with AI. Copilot stays grounded in that content, updating suggestions as your material evolves. There’s even an audio summary option hosted by two virtual presenters, a handy, engaging way to get caught up on your content, documents, web pages and recordings in OneNote.

AI remains grounded in this content, updating responses as the material changes. Users can even listen to an audio summary presented by two virtual hosts.
